Absolutely beautiful work, Klaus. But I have to ask: what's with the last-minute... addition? The picture would've been fine without it. On the other hand, it also would've been fine if you'd spent as much time on the... addition... as you spent on the rest of the piece.

Oh, I've seen plenty of Klaus's other work (which I adore, by the way). I just think Balto's... addition... looks kinda slapped on in this particular picture.

I have to agree to an extent the extra "bit" is unnecessary, but not inappropriate. I understand that many animal statues around with world in public places include the "bits" - it's nature, sure, but this is Balto drawn as a cartoon, not a RL dog, which is why I find it unnecessary - though there's no detail, so no probs...
to person with no name: am i the only one who sees the irony in someone who's "seen" all his adult art yet is sickened by this? Last I checked, it's a bit difficult to accidentally land up there, which means you followed a link or asked for it, yet you still call other people sick. yeah, but this one's not a screenshot- it's two line drawings of Steele's face digitally coloured. Granted screenshots were used in a lot of Klaus' other pics, however.
