Something's wrong with her eyes; I think you should work on those a bit. They make her look a bit bat-like. Besides that and her name being wrong, N-I-C-E.

ur coloring is amazing! i love the shading :] the only thing i see that bothers me is his eyes.. they're huge like anime style. but he's still awesome, kick ass job :] keep it up!
