 The drawing is great! Shading would have made this a really good pic...and perhaps some sort of gradient as the background. Also, I think perhaps you should have made the spider web white ISO black...but otherwise your art is coming along very nicely!

 This pic would have made a 10/10 if the 'Happy Halloween!' wasn't there. I think it sort of messes up the whole pic.

 One of Balto's arms is a little long, Jenna's face looks a little weird, and Jenna's bandana is orange-red, not pink. Good for a computer drawing though. Keep practising!
