 Your best pic IMO...the proportions are okay & so is attention to detail. Better drawing accuracy is quite simply a matter of practice, then the next step is shading, which requires a graphics programme like PSP or photoshop - keep it up and u'll be a great artist sooner than you think.

 It's nice, but the stars and the snow look a little strange. Star could also use a little shading and the tail and legs need work.
