Okay. This is pretty good, only...... What's up with Nikki in the background??? He looks like he's about to-I'm not gonna say it. I grosses me out. *Turnes a little pale* Ahem. Anyway, Balto's eyes are brown, not green.
Ok, here are some things to work on: One, Balto's eyes have brown irises, not green. Two, why is his head cut off at the top? Three, Balto looks FAT! Four, he looks like he's being strangled by the bandana. Just my 2 "coppers", as some people around here put it.

Hmm, this one does need a bit of work. I would suggest slimming Balto down a bit. It's a shame about the cut-off head. Probably a result of drawing too large.

Chill, everyone. Just chill. Try drawing slower, with some ref. Draw slowly, that's my advice. It'll take a long time to get really good, but it works. And look at rough sketches, they help.

Well just so you guys know, and to answer everyone's questions: 1) I am colourblind. That's why his eyes are green 2) It's not Balto disguised as Jenna. Don't you remember that part in Balto where Jenna gives Balto her bandanna? 3) I used a reference picture for this pic. It's a shot from one of the pictures in one of my Balto storybooks. 4) I drew this way back in like 1998 or something. If you were colorblind (and I'm not saying you aren't), wouldn't the bandanna be green as well?
Pity about the resolution, hope u get to find & scan it at higher quality some time.. Otherwise it's an amazing drawing! Just needs colour and it would have been perfect ;)

It's really nice and i luv how Balto's eyes stand out from the rest of the drawing, but in the background there's these white lines that probably showed up when u colored it...if u drew this on a sketch pad, the pressure on the pencil from the drawing above this 1 could have left these in the paper...but for the future, try not to work with one drawing on top of another.

Part wolf, part husky, Balto and Jenna's puppies are very curious. One night while exploring the Boiler Room, Jenner burns his paw. The pups are disciplined for running out of the house alone, and then make plans to run away from home and live free in the woods. But it will turn into a lesson they will never forget.

I loved this story! Cyberwulfe, keep up the good work! I hope to read more fanfics (new ones) soon. I've already read all the ones here but this was my favorite next to Star's Dilemma. My fave character in this is Jenner.
